Marin Mamić

After graduating from MIOC and FER in Zagreb, Marin Mamić worked on various projects in Poland, Norway and Croatia. After several technical roles he moved into business consulting and then joined Microsoft, first for the local market and, two years later, the Microsoft CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) team, where he was responsible for 32 countries in the region. After almost 10 years at Microsoft he joined AWS in 2017, where he led the ISV (Independent Software Vendors) segment for the EMEA market for the first five years and then took over the global segment of digital-native businesses (DNB) for the next two. For the last three years he has been responsible for business development strategy at the global level.

Marin is very interested in new technologies and how they affect society and individuals, how jobs change under the influence of new technologies, and what the ever-faster pace of technological development holds for us in the future.
