Jérôme Vanhoutte is a freelance CTO and AWS consultant based in Brussels, with over two decades of experience helping organizations design cloud architectures and deliver technology-driven growth. Through his company Dev252, he works as a solution architect for enterprise clients, bridging the gap between complex technical decisions and business strategy. Jérôme leads the AWS User Group Belgium and originated AWS Community GameDay Europe, which brought together 1,300+ participants across 50+ user groups in 2026. A lifelong builder and self-described systems thinker, he speaks about cloud architecture, AWS community building, and turning emerging tech into practical solutions.
