Dean Gostiša is an Engineering Manager at Bitstamp, leading the Core Exchange team, the group responsible for the trading engine powering one of the world’s longest-running crypto exchanges. His team builds and operates the critical systems that handle order matching, execution, and market connectivity at high frequency and scale.

With 20 years of experience in software engineering and 7 years at Bitstamp, Dean has spent his career working on systems where reliability and latency are non-negotiable.
