With a career in the software industry spanning over four decades, Jeff started as a high school student working part-time at a computer store in 1976. Since then, he has held roles in both large enterprises and startups, including serving as VP of Engineering, working at Microsoft and Amazon, and even running his own ventures.

As the Chief Evangelist for Amazon Web Services (AWS), he shares the AWS story with audiences worldwide through talks, blogs, videos, and social media. Passionate about lifelong learning, he recently earned a Master's Degree in Communication and Digital Media from the University of Washington.
